- Potential Advertisers: Individuals accessing the site to apply as advertisers are considered "Users."
- Advertiser: Once a Potential Advertiser agrees to our advertiser agreement and establishes an advertising account, they are deemed an Advertiser, regardless of whether they've published an advertisement. Advertisers are governed by the advertiser agreement and are not considered "Users" under this policy.
B. Privacy Policy Scope: This Privacy Policy outlines how we use information received when you visit our site or use our online services. It does not cover information received through channels other than the site.

We reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. We reserve the right to use information collected from Potential Advertisers during the registration process and from Users who voluntarily provide us with information such as comments, feedback, and DMCA notices ("Voluntary Users"), as outlined in Sections V and VI below.
What Information Do We Collect?

Most of our services require you to create an account, so we may need to collect information for compliance purposes and to enable features, such as but not limited to; Unique username, email address, verification data, payment information, your date of birth, your password, phone number, social media handles, photos, and profile content.
Credit Card Information: We do not store any Credit Card numbers on our servers, we simply transmit them over to our trusted payment provider via encrypted means, following the industry standards, including 3DSecure2 where available from the card issuer.
